A 21-year-old man from Warragamba has been charged following investigations into a fatal head-on crash at Wilton in October.

Just before 6am on Saturday, October 17, emergency services were called to Picton Road, near Macarthur Drive, following reports of a head-on collision.
Police have been told a white Toyota Hilux towing a boat and a grey Toyota Hilux collided, killing the driver of the grey ute - 25-year-old Thirroul man Ty Delaney.
Mr Delaney's male passenger, and the male driver and sole occupant of the white utility, were both treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to Liverpool Hospital - both in a serious condition.
Two further vehicles were also hit and sustained minor damage.
The drivers were uninjured; however were also taken to hospital for mandatory testing.
Following inquiries by the Crash Investigation Unit, police arrested the driver of the white Toyota Hilux at a home in Warragamba on Sunday.
The 21-year-old was taken to Penrith Police Station where he was charged with dangerous driving occasioning death-drive manner dangerous, negligent driving (occasioning death), cause bodily harm by misconduct, in charge of motor vehicle, drive vehicle, illicit drug present in blood etc, not keep left of dividing line-not class B/C vehicle, and tow trailer when not safe.
The man was granted conditional bail to appear in Penrith Local Court next Tuesday, December 22.
