A report will be put before council to seek formal approval for the partial road closure of Waverley Parade, Mittagong.
The partial road closure was first heard on September 23, 2020 where council resolved to endorse an application for the partial closure of Waverley Parade, Mittagong. It then went on public exhibition.
The road closure was requested by Frensham School to alleviate safety concerns surrounding the need for students to cross Waverley Parade to access Sturt Gallery.

Civic Centre Refurbishment Project
The Civic Centre refurbishment project will be up for debate. A report to seek council's direction with respect to opportunities to enhance the functionality of the building will be put before councillors. The proposed refurbishment is set to cost a further $850,000 with the increase to be funded through additional loan borrowings in the 2020/21 Budget of $850,000 and will increase the project from $2 million to $2.85 million.
