ReFrame allows youth between the ages of 12 and 25 across the shire easier access to mental health services.
The new location boasts new consultation rooms, a large meeting room where group activities will take place, a large share kitchen and a drop in area where young people can come in, study or hang out.
The previous location at 5 Wingecarribee Street, Bowral will still be used for group activities.
