Ric Abel from Spud Lane Studios, located at The Southern Highlands Artisans Collective (The SHAC), will hold a body painting performance.
The performance will take place on Saturday at his studio.
It will incorporate some of what Ric has been working on, based on a cyberman theme.
He said he hoped to decorate the body in a "cyberman type look".
"It will add a little bit of funkiness," he said.
He will be assisted by Stephanie Tetu from Galerie Tetu, also located at The SHAC.
This performance will be the final event of three Ric has held over the Southern Highlands Arts Trail.
While his main focus is fine art, Ric said he has been involved in body painting previously for a fashion show.
Ric has had the studio, which he shares with painter Cat Doyle, for the past several years.
They have held life drawing events at the studio along with workshops and masterclasses which have been put on hold due to Covid but Ric said they hoped to have them up and running again next year.
Prior to having a studio in the Highlands, he previously set up the Artichoke Gallery Cafe in Manly which he had for 12 years, and was always full of art.
"I've been an artist all my life," he said.
Numbers for the body painting performance will be limited and bookings will be essential.
The performance will not be suitable for children.
His current cyberman series will also be on display.
Ric said the studio would be closed to the public during the performance between 1pm and 3pm but encouraged visitors to check out the other galleries and artworks on display at The SHAC.
