This year's theme for R U OK Day is 'There's more to say after R U OK'.

Community engagement officer for ReFrame, Alice Richardson, said ReFrame was encouraging all young people to reach out via the Zoom virtual walk in (meeting ID 3525 266 065) or call the central intake number on 0455 104 104.

"This is a great opportunity to check in with our friends and family and see how they are feeling and ask if there's anything we can do to support them," she said.

"People often say that they know to ask someone if they are okay but that they don't know what to do if the answer is no.

"It is really important that we listen to people and encourage them to take action.

"For this reason we would encourage anyone supporting someone who is not ok to help them connect with their GP and a mental health service.

"Community Links Wellbeing have an easy central point of contact for all mental health programs on the intake number 0455 104 104 and offer free psychological support to anyone over 12 years of age in the Wingecarribee Shire."
