Interchange Australia's Day Options Music Mania and Show Stoppers participants work tirelessly and with great anticipation year round toward their annual events "Rock the Houses" and "Stars on Stage", so it is important that these events go ahead even if they are done a little differently to previous years.
On Wednesday, July 22 it was time to unleash their inner rock star at the "Rockin out of Isolation" event. It was another stellar performance held at "The Venue" in Bowral, keeping the atmosphere real. The only difference being is that their fans were watching in admiration and support online via Zoom.
Among an array of spectacular performances from all of the Interchange Houses were a combination of classic 60s rock songs and some original titles written by the very talented participants. To finish off the event Thomas and the Terminators brought the house down with rock classic "Born to be Wild", while Michelle gave it her all with her Alanis Morisset solo performance - what an incredible voice!
On behalf of us all at Interchange Australia we wanted to congratulate all participants on the day, what a huge effort. If you missed out on the live Zoom session and want to check out some of the performances they will be loaded up to the Interchange Australia and RockCan Facebook pages over the coming weeks.
At Interchange Australia, we believe everyone can reach their goals and achieve their dreams with the right supports.
