This was a very good match considering players had not played in uniform and in a competitive nature on a Saturday for 104 days owing to the coronavirus outbreak.
The teams, very even in the first half of the match. Team Braithwaite had their noses infront 9-7 after nine ends.
Following strong play from team Coltman on the next two ends, they picked up four shots to lead 11-9.
The next few ends team Coltman made a strong challenge for victory going to a 18-10 lead after 17 ends.
With four ends to play, team Braithwaite stepped forward and with a range of top shots had the scores locked at 19-19 after 21 ends.
Following an extra end, it was team Braithwaite coming out on top 21-19.
Certainly a good performance from all six players after the enforcement from the lock down.
