But, just like George Costanza from Seinfeld it's time for the Southern Tablelands to bust out the Gore-Tex.
Heading into this weekend and the next week, Goulburn and Southern Highlands areas will see cold weather that would have Arnie's Mr. Freeze from Batman & Robin looking to rug up.
Spokesperson for the Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) said things could get a little windy also today, Thursday, July 2.
"There will be a cold front passing through the region," the spokesperson for BOM said.
"There will be some pretty windy conditions, but currently Goulburn's W to NW winds are about 52-57km an hour, but will look to ease to 20 to 30 km/h in the evening.
"Bowral will stay mostly sunny. Winds are northwesterly 25 to 45 km/h and will become light in the evening."
Heading into the weekend, Goulburn will pull identical weather for Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4. Both starting off at a chilly two degrees and topping at nine degrees throughout the day.
Bowral will start its Friday, July 3 off on three degrees and Saturday, July 4 on four degrees. Sunday in the Highlands has a 20% chance of a shower.
Next week, Goulburn will look to start off their Tuesday, July 7 on an ice cold, zero degrees with a top of 12 degrees throughout the day.
"Tuesday, July 7 will see Bowral starting off with a very cold one degree and a max of 11 degrees," Spokesperson for the BOM said.
