A school liaison officer attached to the Youth and Crime Prevention command teamed up with Oz Harvest to deliver fruit and vegetables to families in need.

The officer, on rotation at the Southern Highlands Police Station, made contact with several families to help them in their time of need.
Acting Sergeant for Youth and Crime Prevention Command Matt Davenport said the officer did an "amazing job" to organise the food delivery.
