The team bought burgers for each hospital employee from the New Astor Café in Moss Vale.
Hospital executives picked up 75 burgers on Friday, took them back to the hospital, and distributed them on trolleys as a surprise for doctors, nurses and all other hospital staff.

Southern Highlands Private Hospital chief executive Prue Buist said the last few weeks had been a difficult time for the community.
"The last couple of weeks have been a difficult time for our community - everyone has worked so hard," she said.
"We wanted to thank our tireless doctors, nurses and medical staff, and support a local business we all know and love."
"This is a bit of joy for everyone in the hospital at a tough time.
"We don't know how long this crisis will go on for, so we're taking this opportunity to give hospital staff a small break, and make sure the Astor is run off its feet."
