The annual event will be held on Saturday, February 29 at Moss Vale Showground.
A truck convoy will start around 9am in Tyree Place, Braemar next to Bunnings Warehouse.
About 100 drivers from different companies are expected to take part in the drive.
The trucks will go through the main streets of Mittagong, Bowral and Moss Vale before arriving at the showground for a family fun day.
There will be live music, rides for the children, miniature railway rides, vehicle displays and food stalls.
Ross Webb and the Rusted Track will also entertain the crowds with live music at the event.
Organisers aim to raise about $20,000 for the BDCU Children's Foundation.
The foundation was formed in 2005 as a partnership between BDCU and Wingecarribee Shire residents to support the needs of the children's ward at Bowral and District Hospital.
Drive Jacob Rofe encouraged Highlanders to come along and support a worthwhile cause.
"Every cent goes to whatever is needed at the time. It might be a nurse or equipment in the children's ward," Mr Rofe said.
Volunteers will collect donations in buckets on the main street of Bowral and at Moss Vale Showground.
