Will there be a little rest over Summer? Not by the sounds of it with Cricket, Water Polo, Biathlon and a new show jumping horse to train.
The Senior medal winner for September is Colin Clarson.
Colin travelled to Mackay in Queensland for the Oceanic Masters Games meeting athletes from seventeen countries including New Zealand, Vanuatu, Fiji and the Cook Islands.

Colin competed in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m and 1500m running events over the five days.
Competing against world class runners in the 55-60 years age category, Colin was elated to come home with a bronze medal for the 800m and a silver for the 400m events.
A highlight was being selected for the Australian 4 x 100m relay team and placing second.
He was well supported by his wife Karen during the games and credits his fitness coach Dolly Moule, of Out There Fun and Fitness, for his excellent preparation going into the event.
Colin trains and competes with the Illawarra Blue Stars in Wollongong and now turns his attention to the State Relay Championships.
