The Bureau of Health Information released the results from its annual Adult Admitted Patient Survey on October 30.
A total of 72 per cent of patients surveyed said the overall care they received at the hospital was 'very good'. In South Western Sydney 57 per cent of patients rated their overall care to be 'very good'.

At Bowral hospital 77 per cent of patients rated the doctors 'very good' compared to 85 per cent for nurses.
Eighty per cent of Bowral patients would speak highly if asked about their experience by friends and family.
Overall 67 per cent of NSW patients rated care in public hospitals to be 'very good' and 27 per cent rated 'good'.
The survey results reflect the experiences of 17,805 adults admitted to one of 77 NSW public hospitals in 2018.
