Biota has retained two Good Food Guide hats for the eighth year in a row.
The Bowral restaurant was the only Southern Highlands establishment to be named in the annual guide this year.
Biota special events manager Nell Shephard said the recognition was the result of "years of dedication and innovation".
"It's a good team with a passion for the industry," she said.
"We want to make sure the customer has the best experience."
The inclusion in the national guide has given the restaurant exposure among Australia's dining community.
