The Blamey Street Big Band will perform at a swing music and high tea fundraiser on October 20.
Southern Highlands Jazz Inc will raise funds to its plans to reinstate the Southern Highlands Jazz Festival in 2020.
If you are a fan of the swing era and the music of Duke Elllington, Benny Goodman, Louis Armstrong, Cab Calloway and Glenn Miller, this is a live music experience for the whole family not to be missed.
The event features one of Canberra's premier big bands, the Blamey Street Big Band led by multi award-winning jazz player and educator Brendan Clarke, and swing dancers are welcome to get in to the groove,
The high tea fundraiser will begin at 2 pm and will cost $25. Children under 16 years old accompanied by an adult are free. Wine, beer and soft drink will be available for purchase at the venue.

There is also an optional return bus transport from Bowral for $20 per person, which can be booked with the tickets. The bus will leave from the Bowral Swimming Pool car park at 1:15 pm.
