Steve Day in his first season at Bowral Bowling Club has won the Consistency singles final.
Day carried on his form from his convincing win in the semi-final. He showed this when knocking out title holder mick Flynn.
In the final Steve Day defeated Bob Edwards 154-98 on what became a clear cut victory.
Day played perfect bowls on all the ends and Edwards had no answers to this through out the match.
After 20 ends Day was in front 118-74. Edwards did make a slight rally for the game, but it was truly out of his grasp. So it's Steve Day who is the consistency singles champion for 2019. Congratulations.
