Mr Baxter said he originally wanted to build an actual rotunda in his front yard but it was too expensive.
He settled for the next best thing, a painting of one on the side of his shed.
"I had the shed there and I wanted to do a mural," he said.
"The next thing was to get somebody to put it on the side of the building."

Due to the corrugated nature of the shed, Angela painted large panels in her studio which were then attached to the side of the building.
Mr Baxter said his first reaction upon seeing the finished project was to exclaim "wow".
"[My wife and I] are really happy," he said.
