A report detailing the tender for a building demolition at 4 Wattle Lane, Bowral will be debated. The building demolition is on land purchased by the council to allow for the expansion of the adjoining public car park. Wingecarribee Shire Council sought tenders for suitable and qualified contractors over 28 days.
A modification application to an approved residential flat building will be discussed. The 38 apartment development at 2-8 Station Street in Mittagong was first approved in 2017. The application seeks support to approve unauthorised works to the facade of the building, on site car parking and the relocation of the electrical substation that have occurred during the construction phase of the development.
The bi-annual Delivery Program Progress report will be discussed at the meeting for the period from January to June 2019. The report will record the council's progress towards achieving the four year action delivery program from 2017-2021. The report details that 97 of the 100 objectives were 'on-track' and three were 'delayed'.
Councillor Ian Scandrett has put forward his intention to move a motion that the case study and plans for the Regional Art Gallery be presented in a council meeting on September 11 2019.
