According to a Transport Management Centre spokesman, a car rolled on the Old Hume Highway at Sutton Forest just before Hanging Rock Road.
The crash, which happened just after 8.30pm on Sunday night, closed one northbound lane near the service station.
According to a NSW Ambulance media spokesman, paramedics treated the man for head injuries at the scene and transported him to Bowral and District Hospital in a stable condition.
Police, paramedics, a tow truck driver, NSW Fire and Rescue crews and Rural Fire Service crews attended the scene.
