Rhonda Burchmore and Lara Mucahy's new show Partners in Crime will be making a stop in the Southern Highlands and the show promises to be a night of laughter and entertainment.
The love for great musical groups and duos began at an early age for Burchmore and took her to the heights of her dreams.
"I was always an obsessed ABBA fan growing up," Burchmore said.
"I was in the original Mamma Mia back in 2001 with Lara. That's where our friendship began. We've been besties ever since. Partners in Crime is about celebrating the great music duos.
"What differentiates our show from the others is that we actually embody the characters, rather than just sing their songs. We turn into Sonny and Cher, or Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton. We do it all before the audience.
"It's a very ambitious show as we have over 20 costume changes and we do it right in front of the audience.
"There's no smoke and mirrors, they see it all right in front of them. They nearly die with laughter when they see Rhonda Burchmore dressed as a man."

Beginning their friendship in 2001, Burchmore and Mucahy's partnership has stood strong and looks to continually strengthen towards the future.
"It's wonderful to work with someone that you have amazing chemistry with," Burchmore said.
"Our voices are a very good blend together and it's such a joy to tour with your best friend. She makes it easy and we have each other's backs."
Partners in Crime is a heart and soul project. The ideas may have flowed easily enough creatively, but a lot of work and preparation has gone into this show.
"We did a thorough research of great musical duos," Burchmore said.
"It's took a couple of months to complete. We then shut the rehearsal doors and got to work.
"We've choreographed the whole show and designed the costumes. I've financed the show, so it's a big risk in that sense, it's a labour of love.
"I want to keep live music alive. There are so many people out of work in my industry. A lot of people are sitting at home watching Netflix rather than go see a live show.
"I'm determined to continually produce live shows and music. It's my mission to create and to make opportunities. Not only for myself, but for other people to work and do what we really love."
The Burchmore and Mucahy show will head to the Southern Highlands and it promises to have something for everybody.
"It's hilarious two hour show," Burchmore said.
"It has incredible music from Jailhouse Rock all the way through to The Greatest Showman. There's something for everyone. You'll have a lot of laughs and it's such a fun show.
"It's the most ambitious thing I've done and when I hear the laughter and reaction from the audience, that's the payoff."
