The case of a woman charged with the murder of her elderly mother is facing a further delay in court.

Barbara Mary Eckersley, 67, of Bundanoon, appeared in Goulburn Local Court on Wednesday, August 14.
She is accused of murdering her 92-year-old mother, Dr Mary White, at a nursing home in the village on August 5, 2018.
Last year, police told the court that on Sunday, August 5 at about 9.35pm, they were called to the aged-care facility where Dr White had been found deceased. Dr White was a resident of the complex.
Eckersley has not entered a plea.
The case first appeared in Goulburn Local Court on August 9, 2018, when she was granted conditional bail.
In court on August 14, 2019, the Department of Public Prosecutions (DPP) solicitor said there was a joint application by them and the defence solicitor, Sam Rowland, for a further adjournment in the case.
"There is a discrepancy between the toxicology reports," the DPP solicitor said.
A subsequent toxicology report is being sought by the DPP.
"Psychological material of significance is also outstanding," the DPP solicitor said.
"These documents are needed before the case can proceed."
Magistrate Geraldine Beattie said the case had been before the court for some time.
"I expect it to go forward at the next appearance," Ms Beattie said.
The matter has been adjourned to later in the year.
Her bail has been continued.
