It was a very brave Dragons team that took the chocolates from Campbelltown City Kangaroos at a very cold Community Oval.

Both sides scored two tries each in both halves, with Lachy Dickson's four from four goal-kick attempts in blustery conditions were the difference in the end.
It was an even contest from two sides that never stopped trying. For the Dragons, Big Martini Matini had a blinder with two tries, and about 800 post contact metres.
He had to play all but three minutes due to the injury crisis. The Dragons ran out with 14 players and finished the game with 12.
Semi Tafili had another very strong game and also scored two tries.
Tyson Piercy continues to make a bigger impact with every game. Jack Webb and Dan Lovell ran big metres on the edge, and the backs kept the Roo's backline in check for most of the game.
Brad Meuleman and Lachie MacLean went forward all day long, and made plenty of tackles in the middle.
Well done to all the Dragons. They should take a lot of confidence out of this as we head to Camden for the next round.
We'll keep an injury watch on Luke Stewart (neck) and Dean Cassidy (arm).
Moss Vale Dragons WRL took on the closely matched Picton Magpies this afternoon at Victoria Park.
It was a close game from whistle to whistle and ended up as a 16-all draw. Both teams scored three tries and both kickers converted two out of three attempts.
It was played from end to end and occasionally crossed the line according to Referee Brown. Both teams lost one player each to the sin-bin and the same players were involved in an ugly end to the game, which was a real shame after such a close contest.
That may not be the end of that matter.
There was plenty of work for both trainers, with several players spending time on the ground after big hits.
Thanks again to Picton, and I'm sure our ladies can't wait to meet them again.
Aleigh Acton was outstanding up the middle, with no regard for her personal safety.
She took the Player of the Match honours, closely followed by Alyssa Collings taking two points and Courtney Picker took one point.
All well deserved, although there were plenty of other strong performances, including Amy Miller, Emily Bindley, Sarah East and a rampaging Sam Plain. Any of our ladies could be mentioned here.
Onward and upwards Ladies!
