Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage after a pedestrian was killed in the Southern Highlands last night.

Just after 11pm on Monday 6, a 21-year-old woman was travelling north in a Kia on the Hume Motorway, about 2km south of the Sierra Street overpass, Yerrinbool, when a man reported to have been walking in the roadway was struck by the vehicle.
He died at the scene and is yet to be formally identified.
The woman contacted police upon reaching the Picton Road exit, before attending Narellan Police Station, and then being taken to Campbelltown Hospital for mandatory testing.
Officers from The Hume Police District attended the scene of the crash and commenced inquiries.
Detectives are now appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or anyone who has dashcam footage to come forward.
