Prosthetic hands cost upwards of $100,000 and need to be replaced every five to seven years.
A dinner, trivia night and raffle at Mittagong RSL Club will aim to bring Korina closer to her goal.
Attendees will get the chance to win a relaxing three night cruise aboard the Ruby Princess.
Korina's battle with sepsis is one that is well-known to people from the region.
In April 2015, one week before her 28th birthday, Korina became seriously ill with a life threatening bacterial infection.
Korina's condition rapidly deteriorated and doctors held grave fears for her survival and placed her on life support as her vital organs shut down.
Against all odds Korina survived.
However the severity of her condition resulted in quadruple amputations, bringing a new set of challenges for Korina and her family to overcome.
Korina and her family established the Reaching 4 Korina Charity to support quadruple amputees and their families.
The foundation's goals are to provide financial support to enhance health and well being by acquiring equipment, prosthetics and medical aids while educating medical practitioners and the general public about sepsis.
The event will be held on June 21 with doors opening at 6:30pm.
Tickets are $60 per person and can be purchased at the Mittagong RSL Club.
