The Royal Agricultural Society of New South Wales (RAS) will present, Neal Cameron, with a champion of the RAS award, in appreciation of his long-term support of the show.
Every year the RAS recognises the contribution and commitment of 15 individuals from across NSW.
Mr Cameron has played an integral role in the judging of the beer and cider section since 2008.
The Bowral local said that he was honoured when asked to step into the role of head judge in 2012.
"It's been great to watch the beer and cider section grow over the last 10 years, in both numbers and in professionalism," Mr Cameron said.
"The highlight of the show for me is getting to be in a room with all the extraordinary judges. When the beer samples are delivered and the judges start their work - it's the biggest thrill every time."
President of the RAS, Robert Ryan, congratulated Mr Cameron on his award.
"All our champions epitomise what the show is about - celebrating the people, practices and produce of Australian agriculture, and this award is a fantastic way to acknowledge that," Mr Ryan said.
