The Burradoo Polocrosse Club is once again hosting their annual polocrosse carnival this weekend on March 9 and 10 at Bong Bong Racecourse.

The club has been involved in the Southern Highlands community for the last 74 years, with some if it’s current and past members forming their polocrosse careers with Burradoo and going on to represent NSW and Australia over the years.
The club is looking forward to the fun-filled weekend and continuing to thrive as the oldest running polocrosse club in the world.
Polocrosse is a sport where people of all ages and abilities compete, which makes polocrosse a sport to be enjoyed by the whole family.
The local carnival will host teams from areas around NSW, including the South Coast, Sydney, Yass and Albury.
About 25 teams or 150 players are expected to compete at the carnival.
Visitors to the Highlands and locals alike are invited to drop into Bong Bong Racecourse over the weekend and watch the exciting sport of polocrosse.
Entry is free, and there will be a canteen with homemade food to enjoy. Play will commence at 8.30 am both days, with the finals being played on Sunday.
