The office is now home to the club trust program, the support coordination team and the Workskills team.
The building will enable the Disability Trust to introduce new programs which will include a kids club, a virtual reality sensory room and a gardening program.
Senior manager Peg Ludwig looked forward to opportunities the new office would provide for people with disabilities.
"To finally have an office that we can call our own, and offers us the room to grow our ideas, is simply terrific," Ludwig said.
Executive manager, Matthew Martin, was pleased with the event.
"This is a proud moment in Disability Trust history, it's a credit to everyone involved and it's great to bring everyone together today," Martin said.
"It's been a long time coming."
National relationship manager, Carol Berry, said that she was pleased to see new opportunities for people in the region.
Services provided by the Disability Trust include support for 230 clients who live in the community, help with NDIS access, employment support, cooking classes, art classes, mental health support, travel organisation and carer support.
