A group of volunteers took time out from spending time with family and opening presents to entertain and exercise the dogs at the shelter while they wait patiently to find their permanent homes.
The animals also enjoyed opening their own Christmas presents that had been generously donated by the Friends of the Wingecarribee Animal Shelter.

The morning walk was followed by a breakfast celebration that included sparkling wine and fruit cake.
The get together is an annual event to thank shelter volunteers for their efforts throughout the year and give the rescue animals a bit of extra love on Christmas day.
