It was a game of two halves, as Polar Bears trailed 3-1 at the halftime break.
They held their composure holding the Dolphins in the third period to 0-0.
The final period was owned by the Polar Bears, with Scott McClean finishing off good attacking moves with three final period goals.
Andrew Basaglia did a great job in goals to top off a great team effort and give Polar Bears the win.
The Sharks defeated Mariners in a good match 8-5.
The Sharks were never under pressure as they led throughout, taking a 3-1 lead at halftime.
The Mariners remained competitive but did not look like they had answers for the attacking Sharks.
The third period was two goals each.
The Sharks took the final period 3-2, to take out a good victory.
In B Grade, Horton's Heroes suffered their first loss.
With seconds left on the game clock, Mariners grabbed their chance, to take the win 4-3.
This match was close with the teams going goal for goal in the first half, for a 2-2 score line.
Hortons Heroes edged ahead by a goal in the third period.
The Mariners put all hands on deck, levelling up midway through the final period.

The ball moved end to end without scoring before Mariners shot and saw the ball sail into the net to give them the win with seconds remaining.
Dolphins B defeated the Polar Bears convincingly 6-2. This was Dolphins’ best performance, as they put the pressure on from the beginning.
They led 3-0 at the end of the first quarter before a shell shocked Polar Bears got organised, to make it 1-1 in the second and third quarters, without looking like they would overhaul the Dolphins.
A final goal in the last period was icing on the cake for the Dolphins.
Oxley Blue fought for bragging rights with Oxley Gold, in a match which ended in them sharing the points with a 5-5 draw.
This was a good game with plenty of chances and quick turnovers.
There were plenty of twists with Oxley Gold failing to score in the first half as they trailed 2-0 at halftime.
Oxley Blue looked to be well in control.
Both teams came out firing in the third period to score three goals each.
The final period belonged to Oxley Gold 2-0 and the drawn result.
