That was the reaction of one of last year’s Southern Highlands Local Business Awards winners when asked about the presentation evening to be held at Mittagong RSL Club.
Tickets for this year’s night of nights are on sale and are selling fast.
Awards founder and Precedent Productions managing director Steve Loe said the presentation evening was always a popular event, with finalists taking full tables so all staff could celebrate their success in style.
“Not only is this the evening when local businesses come together to celebrate each other’s achievements and discover the winners of each category – it’s a fun night out,” he said.
“Entertainment always adds to the excitement of any event – and the Southern Highlands Local Business Awards are no exception.
The entertainment will feature two amazing performers. Greg Gould is one of Australia’s most exciting entertainers, connecting with audiences around the globe through his powerhouse vocals and charismatic stage presence. Greg dominated Australia’s Got Talent in 2013 where he finished as Runner Up.
Kirrah Amosa will also perform during the evening. She has been an active performer for the past 10 years and recently in the tour of The Bodyguard The Musical. She has also had leading roles in High School Musical and Cabaret.
Master of Ceremonies, Paul Hancock, will also be returning for 2018. An ever-popular crowd favourite, Paul is hugely excited to bring the Awards to the local area for another year.
The presentation evening will be held at Mittagong RSL Club on August 8. Tickets are strictly limited, and are available online at www.thebusinessawards.com.au, or call Precedent Productions on 8577 5060.
“The Southern Highlands Local Business Awards is made possible only through the generous support and encouragement of our major sponsors, NOVA Employment and support sponsors, Wingecarribee Shire Council, Boral Cement Berrima and Flower Flower,” Mr Loe said.
