The two facilities were built by TBG Constructions and reflected the Southern Highlands well in the regional building awards.

Anthem Care was titled the best new commercial building in the $8-$15 million category.
The Forge received an excellence award for a medium-density building for five or more dwellings in the $8-9 million category.
Anthem also received a certificate of excellence for its decorative steel on the first floor.
About forty contractors were involved in the construction of the building with four main drivers.
Anthem Care owner Matthew Blisset said he was proud of the involvement from the wider community as he sourced Highlands resources wherever possible.
“The project provided employment to two or three hundred contractors from the Highlands,” Mr Blisset said.
“We used local content from Home Timber and Hardware, Highlands fireplaces and locksmiths,” he said.
“It was custom-built for residents to facilitate what is required operationally and that’s what makes Anthem different to other aged-care facilities.
“The building will still be operational 20 years from now.”
Mr Blissett said he was thrilled to have received the awards as they were a great recognition of the time and effort that went into the project.
“We are very proud of our ability to construct a building that is consistent with our quality and has a long-term advantage due to the quality of the builds,” he said.
“Anthem is built to a high standard that reflects the care given to the residents.”
Anthem Care and The Forge were up against hospitals, offices and aged-care facilities across regional areas in NSW.
