Not only did Hayden make the team but he won the under-21 graded boys singles and the under-21 graded boys Masters at the recent Sydney Tenpin Championships.
Hayden will be the NSW under-21 graded boys Masters representative for the 2018 ECCC which will be held in Sydney this year, competing against Queensland and Victoria.
He bowled well all weekend in the Sydney Tenpin Championships and stayed focused on his goal which payed off in the end results.
It was a well earned win after a gruelling eight game roll off for team selection and top spot for Masters.
The ECCC will be held later this year in September/October.
His mum Shirilee said they thanked tournament organisers Tenpin Sydney and especially Cheryl Moore for all the their hard work in organising this family friendly tournament each year.
“We are also thankful for all Hayden’s sponsors and supporters: Animals Pro Shop, Southern Removals, Post Class Carpentry, Highlands Tenpin, Gale Force Marine and Mount Murray Nursery.”
