Narellan defeated the Highlanders 20-10 in the rugby league match.
Captain Chris Conquest said the team’s poor ball handling in the second half let them down.
“The ball kept slipping out of our hands and we dropped it too much,” Conquest said.
The standout players during the match were Anthony Phelps and Blake and Mitchell Conquest.
Conquest said he hoped for a better match next week.
“We really need to hang onto the ball better next much and communicate more.”
Bundanoon’s next match will be against Campbelltown City and Conquest said he was feeling hopeful.
“It’s going to be a good game,” Conquest said.
“There’s going to be changes in the team and we should do well.”
