The pair owned the business about 16 months after they held their wedding there.
They decided not to rebuild after the fire but Mrs Millington will launch her new catering business next month on the eighth anniversary of the fire.
Her catering company will launch on September 2.
“It’s been a very huge journey for me. I’ve played around with it [the idea] for years,” Mrs Millington said.
“I decided not to go back into the cafe as I have two small children and would like to be more mobile and offer a more personalised service while still being a mum.”
Mrs Millington lost her mother earlier this year and said she would be launching her high tea service on her mother’s birthday on October 26.
“I promised her I would do something. It’s my tribute to her.”
Mrs Millington will offer a range of services including grazing platters, hampers, event props, candy/lolly buffets and high teas will soon be on the list.
She said she makes many of her own dips, sauces and oils.
“I will be focusing on local produce and even growing some of my own.”
Mrs Millington said she would cater for as little as two people and as many as 60 for a range of events.
