Fundraising for Children's hospitals, 405 Coles supermarkets will scramble to sell raffle tickets for the annual Cheer for the Kids campaign.
Money raised will go towards the Sydney Children's Hospital Foundation and the Lady Cilento Children's Hospital in Brisbane.
Coles state general manager for NSW Thinus Keeve said Coles was "delighted" to take part in the fundraiser.
"This cause is very close to the hearts of our customers and team members," he said.
"We are looking forward to exceeding last year's total funds raised, which was more than $100,000."
Shoppers can purchase a raffle ticket from the registers at the Bowral and Moss Vale Coles stores.
Each ticket will go into the draw to win a Blues supporter Holden Cruze.
This year's Cheer for Kids appeal marks a 16-year partnership with the Sydney Children's Hospital.
Since 2000, shoppers have raised almost $3 million.
The money has been used to help fund Fellowship programs to support a doctor to enter further specialised training in a particular field of paediatric medicine.
This year, the money raised in NSW will go towards the hospital's Kids Cancer Centre.
