Anonymous judges will evaluate finalist businesses on their delivery of a high-quality service experience.
The criteria used by the anonymous judges covers all aspects of excellent customer service, including simple elements such as greeting and customer acknowledgement, through to detailed product knowledge and value for money.
Judges may also evaluate other aspects of the business, such as the business website.
Finalist businesses will also submit business information, detailing elements of the business operations, such as the history of the business, staff training and motivation, endeavours in the local community and efforts towards ongoing environmental sustainability.
Customer testimonials are also welcomed by the judges as an accompaniment to the business information.
A complete list of finalists for all publicly-nominated categories will soon be available to view at thebusinessawards.com.au
