BEGINNING this week, local businesses from around Southern Highlands will be pushing their teams to deliver the best service possible as the anonymous judging begins for the 2015 Southern Highlands Local Business Awards.
Anonymous judges will evaluate finalist businesses on their delivery of a high-quality service experience.
The criteria used by the anonymous judges covers all aspects of excellent customer service, including simple elements such as greeting and customer acknowledgement, through to detailed product knowledge and value for money.
Judges may also evaluate other aspects of the business, such as the business website.
Finalist businesses will also submit business information, detailing elements of the business operations, such as the history of the business, staff training and motivation, endeavours in the local community and efforts towards ongoing environmental sustainability.
Customer testimonials are also welcomed by the judges as an accompaniment to the business information.
A complete list of finalists for all publicly-nominated categories will soon be available to view at thebusinessawards.com.au
The highly-anticipated announcement of the 2015 category winners will happen at the Southern Highlands Local Business Awards presentation evening on Wednesday, October 21 at the Mittagong RSL Club.
