RHYS Pryor shapes as a key player for the Moss Vale Magic this weekend.
The Magic’s men’s youth league team will be boosted by the reinclusion of Pryor for the finals series in Sutherland.
Pryor has been overseas on a family holiday but will slot straight back into Moss Vale’s starting five.
The Moss Vale team will take on the Sydney Comets in tomorrow afternoon’s semi-final. A win would lead to the Magic progressing to the final on Sunday.
Magic coach Kev Campbell said Pryor had missed the team’s previous two encounters with the Comets this year.
“We’ve missed Rhys both times we’ve played the Comets and he’s a bit of an x-factor for us,” he said.
Campbell said he expected Magic trio Nick Bizjak, Tyler Payne and Dane Jensen to receive close attention from their opponents.
“We are looking for a whole team effort this weekend,” he said.
