What interests them?
Who are they when they aren't electioneering?
Who is the person behind the candidate, so to speak.
To help us find out about more about them, we asked each of the candidates to tell us five fun facts about themselves, along with their top five books, top five movies, top five TV shows and top five singers or songs.
Here's what incumbent Wollondilly MP Jai Rowell had to say.
5 Fun Facts
1. I was an extra in the movie Babe, filmed in the Highlands.
2. One of my hobbies is landscape photography. One of my favorites places to shoot is Burragorang Valley and almost everywhere in the Highlands which is convenient because both are close to home.
3. I decided to play in a local soccer team a few years ago and injured my ankle so badly I had to reschedule a weeks worth of meetings to the electorate office because I couldn’t walk.
4. I’m a massive country music fan. During an election I had to factor into the forward schedule a night off to see a Taylor Swift concert and it was amazing.
5. I like singing.
