HIGHLANDS brothers Ben and Ricky Garard have returned home after competing at two major CrossFit competitions in the US.

Last weekend, the Garards participated in the beachside Wodapalooza contest in Miami.
Ben, 26, competed in the men's elite team division alongside Gerald Sasser and Hunter Britt.
Ben, Sasser and Britt finished second and received $2000 each.
The three CrossFit athletes are members of the San Francisco Fire team in the National Pro Grid League.
Ricky Garard, 20, finished 18th in the men's RX division.
Wodapalooza was held on the back of the Orange County Throwdown (OCT) in Los Angeles.
Ben finished second in the elite division, receiving $5000 for his effort.
Ricky competed in the same division and was 22nd overall.
Ben said the Wodapalooza and OCT?events were the "most exciting experiences of our lives".
"We were so pumped to compete for the first time together at such a high, international level," he said.
"The competition was fierce and we gave it our all and we're stoked at our results.
"We also learned a lot, with the experience we gained arming us for other major CrossFit events down the track."
Ben, who owns the BENt on CrossFit gym in Mittagong, said the pair had received great support from family, friends and gym members.
