The orchestra will perform at the Bowral Memorial Hall on Saturday, September 13 at 7.30pm.
The orchestra consists of 50 musicians who have practised regularly in the lead-up to the performance.
The group is led by conductor Dr Allan Stiles.
Allan has conducted orchestras, bands, choirs and theatre productions over many years.
The orchestra's soloist is Julian Paviour on trumpet.
Julian is a musician and educator who lives in the Southern Highlands.
Julian has chosen to focus on contemporary forms in recent years.
Tickets for the September 13 concert are $20 for adults, $18 for concessions/seniors and $15 for students.
Children under 12 enter free.
