Three matches of 12 ends were played during the day.
In game one Coltman and McGhee had a 9-9 draw with Oscar Wahlin and Josh Woodcock.
After leading 5-1 after three ends, this match turned out to be a real cliffhanger and the draw was a fair result.
In game two Coltman and McGhee defeated Ted McPhee and Peter Watson 20-7.
Game three Coltman and McGhee defeated Kevin Gould and Mick Flynn 18-9.
G.Federilo and I.Bradburn from Robertson finished in second place.
Social bowls: Team Cummins won the match of the day.
Kel Limbrick, Paul Rubie and John Cummins defeated Bill Pope, Neville Tanner and Harold Wall 19-14.
After six ends team Cummins had a 8-1 lead and at that early stage team Wall looked like a gonner and with team Cummins still in front 10-3 after ten ends and looking quite comfortable it appeared the game was over.
But as they say, you never know what is round the corner.
Team Wall started to play top bowls and started to turn the game around. That with one end to play the scores locked at 14-14.
On the last end team Cummins took a different option in play and picked up five shots this giving them the win.
