'Four' art exhibition
July 25 - 30, Bowral Art Gallery, from 10 am
Four artists, Jennifer Maree, Denise Markovics, Judith Weeks, and Vivienne Karassoi will exhibit their art works at the Bowral Art Gallery. The artists share a love of colour and a deep desire for individual expression. The exhibition called 'Four' will feature works inspired by natural landscapes, the beauty of flowers and gardens, interiors, still life and the human figure. The exhibition begins on July 25 and goes until July 30. The grand opening is on July 27 at 2 pm.
Country living 101

Got questions about moving to the country? The Exeter branch of the Country Women's Association is here to help. A 'Country Lining 101' will be held on on July 27 at Exeter Village Hall to chat about all the perks of a tree change and how to deal with the transition from bustling city living to rural bliss. Hear about dealing with wildlife in and around your home, country roads and hazards, how to prepare for bushfires and emergencies, dealing with pests, weeds and feral animals and available services and facilities in the area. Yerrinbool Xmas in July

It might not be the silly season just yet but residents of Yerrinbool are ready to get in to the spirit. Join the community for a Xmas in July lunch with all the delicious trimmings and treats, including trifle. Join in on Christmas trivia, or sing-a-long to Christmas carols, there's something for all ages. Tickets start at $5 for children between 0-12 and $10 for adults.
