Barry Knight and Doug Walters are teaming up to lead specialised junior coaching clinics in the Highlands over the summer break.

Former England all-rounder, Barry Knight is recognised as one of cricket’s greatest mentors.
Having coached 25 Australia Test players including, Alan Border, Mark Taylor, Steve and Mark Waugh, Adam Gilchrist and Brett and Shane Lee.
Barry has also coached three Indian Test players.
Legendary Australia batsman, Doug Walters scored 5,357 Test runs at an average of 48.26, while also taking 49 test wickets.
He was the first batsman to score a double century and a century in the same Test match.
“The object of the courses is to improve the technique of all participants, from beginners through to rep players,” Knight said.
“There’s a good mix of batting and bowling in the nets, fielding drills and pitch games designed to improve all cricket skills.”
Walters said “There’s a focus on skill development but we also make sure everyone has fun.”
The clinic caters for juniors aged 7-14 and will be held at Bowral Blues Cricket Club home ground, Centennial Park in Bowral.
Clinic dates are January 22-24.
The sessions start at 10.00 am and finish at 2.00 pm each day.
The cost per student is $220.
