The incident occurred on the evening of Tuesday, January 16.
It is believed a male with shoulder length, ginger/greying, receding hair and a larger build, may be able to assist police with enquiries.
The man is estimated to be about 50-years-old.
Police have asked anyone who may know this man to contact Bowral Police Station on 4862 9299 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 if you wish to remain anonymous.
