Picking a Waratah next month will help improve the lives of Indigenous Australians.
The annual Waratah Day will be held at Wombat Lane Farm in Wingello on September 30.
Proceeds from the day will go to the Indigenous Literacy Foundation.
The foundation helps raise literacy levels and improve the lives and opportunities of Indigenous Australians living in remote communities.
Eight Waratahs will cost $25 and people will need to bring secateurs or tree loppers.
Wombat Lane Farm is located on Wombat Lane, off Camden Street, Wingello.
The day will run from 10am until 3pm.
