This is a refreshing treat for anyone who enjoys a dry, light cider which is perfect poured over ice.

The hand-crafted cider is made using biodynamic orcharding methods. 

Heritage cider apples are grown on espaliers, hand pruned and nurtured. 

The fruit is hand-picked, selected for ripeness and processed in small batches to produce the cider.

This cider has award-winning qualities taking out silver at the 2012 Australian Fruit Wine Show and also won a bronze at the same show. 

In addition it won bronze at the 2016 Tasmanian Cider awards.
