A NSW Ambulance spokesman said paramedics were called to Wildes Meadow Road, Wildes Meadow at about 3.20pm on Sunday, February 19, to reports a female patient who had fallen a number of metres at Belmore Falls.
He said the woman had “injuries to her arm and pains to her back.”
A spokesman from Liverpool hospital said the woman was “in a stable condition” on Monday morning.
Sunday, February 19, 5.55PM:
Bowral Police Inspector John Klepczarek said the woman had “possible spinal injuries” and was airlifted to Liverpool Hospital.

A NSW Police spokeswoman said a woman was winched to safety at Belmore Falls after falling from a rock ledge.
“All police have now left the scene,” she said.
Sunday, February 19, 5:20PM:
A woman has fallen more than six metres at Belmore Falls.
At about 4pm on Sunday emergency services responded to reports a 27-year-old woman had fallen at Belmore Falls in Robertson.
It appears she suffered a drop of more than six metres, hitting rocks at the bottom.
A NSW Police spokesman said she has suspected spinal injuries.
A NSW Ambulance helicopter was at 5.20pm lowering paramedics to assist her.
They are planning to winch her out and fly her for treatment.
The SES, ambulance and police are at the scene.
