Pat Lancaster will hold her annual Biggest Morning Tea in New Berrima. The 85-year-old great-grandmother said she always felt she should do something to help defeat cancer.
"I lost my sister to cancer, and it made me think I should do something," she said. "Then I lost my husband, my nephew's wife and my daughter, all to cancer, so I hate the thought of cancer."
Pat's Biggest Morning Tea will be held May 21, 9am-2pm, at the community centre, corner of Ennis Avenue and Sydney Street.
Entry is a gold coin donation, raffle tickets are $1 each, and the books will be sold for $2-$3 each.
