The event will be held at Colo Vale Community Hall tomorrow night from 7pm to raise funds for Korina Valentine, who has Toxic Shock Syndrome.
Mrs Valentine was hospitalised in April 2015 following a bacterial attack.
The infection's severity led to the amputation of her arms below the elbow, one leg near her hip and the other leg below her knee, as well as damage to her face and skin
Mrs Valentine will return to her Yerrinbool home tomorrow, but won't be able to attend the fundraiser.
However, Mrs Valentine's husband Daniel will attend the "Night of Irish Favourites" event in Colo Vale.
The fundraiser has been organised by the Reaching 4 Korina committee and the Colo Vale Community Association.
Association president John Stead said the Highlands community was rallying behind the event.
"Tickets have sold out and we have 110 people to cater for on Saturday night," he said.
"We expect a good turnout and it should be a good evening.
"I am confident that we can raise $4000."
Highlights of tomorrow night's event will include live entertainment and a major raffle.
Mr Stead said the raffle had been well supported.
"Tickets are selling really fast for the raffle," he said.
While tickets are sold out, Mr Stead said Highlands residents could make a donation by visiting www.reaching4korina.com.au
