Friends and family will remember Dominic Chandler's life in a proactive way this Saturday, November 22 at the Imperial Hotel Bowral.
Those who never got the chance to meet Dom are also welcome to come along and donate money towards projects to support those who are affected by depression and anxiety.
The day begins at 1pm and all the proceeds will go to the BeyondBlue organisation.
Limited shirts will be sold on the day that say "Donate for Dom".
The organiser of the charity event Jack Cuneen said, "Come down and hear some good stories about a great man, everybody's welcome, just donate."
Young highlander Emma Mulholland has arranged a raffle for the night with many prizes including a GHD hair straightener.
The BeyondBlue website that was recently set up for Dom has already raised about $15,000.
The owner of Tangled Hair and Beauty Bowral, Melinda Pitt donated $5 for every service under $50 and $10 from every service over $50 in the last week. She raised about $400 which will also go to BeyondBlue.
